Thank you to all of our parents and guardians who joined us for Parent–Teacher–Student Conferences on Friday. These conversations are an essential part of our learning community. When students, families, and teachers come together with a shared focus on growth, the impact is powerful. We truly value your time, your insights, and your continued partnership in supporting our students.

馃實 Celebrating CALMUN Success

A huge congratulations to our student leaders and participants for organizing and leading a highly successful CALMUN (Model United Nations), held from April 9–11.

Your preparation, leadership, diplomacy, and collaboration were on full display throughout the conference. Events like CALMUN reflect the very best of our school—students thinking critically, engaging globally, and leading with confidence and purpose. We are very proud of all who were involved.

馃摎 Academic Spotlight: Bolivian History & Geography

We would also like to commend our students in Bolivian History and Geography for their recent projects.

Students not only presented their work thoughtfully and confidently to their classmates, but also engaged in meaningful follow-up by checking for understanding and deepening their peers’ comprehension. This is exactly the kind of active, student-centered learning we strive for—well done!

We are looking forward to the upcoming Middle School and High School Friendship Games next week.

Agradecemos sinceramente a todos los padres, madres y apoderados que participaron en las Conferencias de Padres–Estudiantes–Docentes el pasado viernes.

Estos espacios de di谩logo son fundamentales para fortalecer nuestra comunidad de aprendizaje. Cuando estudiantes, familias y docentes trabajamos juntos con un objetivo com煤n, el impacto es significativo. Valoramos mucho su tiempo, sus aportes y su compromiso continuo con el aprendizaje de sus hijos.

馃實 脡xito de CALMUN

Felicitamos a nuestros l铆deres estudiantiles y participantes por la excelente organizaci贸n y desarrollo de CALMUN (Modelo de Naciones Unidas), realizado del 9 al 11 de abril.

Su preparaci贸n, liderazgo, habilidades de debate y colaboraci贸n fueron evidentes durante todo el evento. Actividades como CALMUN reflejan lo mejor de nuestra comunidad educativa: estudiantes que piensan cr铆ticamente, se involucran con el mundo y lideran con confianza y prop贸sito. ¡Estamos muy orgullosos de todos ustedes!

馃摎 Destacado Acad茅mico: Historia y Geograf铆a de Bolivia

Tambi茅n queremos reconocer a nuestros estudiantes de Historia y Geograf铆a de Bolivia por sus recientes proyectos.

Los estudiantes no solo presentaron su trabajo con claridad y seguridad ante sus compa帽eros, sino que adem谩s promovieron la comprensi贸n mediante actividades de seguimiento que fortalecieron el aprendizaje del grupo. Este tipo de aprendizaje activo y centrado en el estudiante es exactamente lo que buscamos fomentar. ¡Excelente trabajo!

La pr贸xima semana se llevar谩n a cabo los Friendship Games de Middle School y High School.

From creative academic showcases and experiences to meaningful moments of celebration, our campus has been alive with purpose, pride, and joy. Impactful teaching and learning continues to take place throughout our campus. A couple of examples this week include high school Social Science students engaging in interview simulations with outside guests - a meaningful real-world experience that will surely yield long term impact. On Wednesday afternoon, our Middle School Math Fair took center stage for the first time—and what an outstanding debut it was! Secondary Principal’s Weekly Newsletter August 22, 2025 Dear Secondary Families, Thank you for joining us at Back to School Night this past Wednesday. It was a pleasure to see so many parents engaging with teachers and learning more about the year ahead. Your partnership is vital to our students’ success, and we greatly appreciate your presence and support. Semester 2 Awards Assembly We are pleased to announce that the Awards Assembly recognizing student achievements from Semester 2 of the 2024–2025 school year will take place on Thursday, August 28th, at 11:15 a.m. in the Theater . We look forward to celebrating our students’ accomplishments together as a community. High School Community Service Program High school students filled out a form indicating their top three choices of  Community Service Project for the year.
