Secondary Principal Weekly Newsletter

 Dear Secondary Families,

Thank you for joining us for Tuesday’s Awards Ceremony. It was wonderful to see a full house, and we truly appreciate your presence and support as we recognized students for their achievements and growth. Moments like these remind us what a strong, connected community we are.

A friendly reminder that our Carnaval Celebration is next week on Friday, February 6, beginning at 12:00 noon. To help the day run smoothly, please note the arrival expectations below:

  • Students who are dancing may arrive at 8:15 a.m. and must arrive no later than 10:30 a.m.
  • Students who are presenting must arrive at 9:30 a.m. and will present at 10:30 a.m.

We are very much looking forward to celebrating together on the 6th and hope to see you there!

Finally, please remember that February 16th and 17th are Carnaval holidays, and there will be no classes on those days.

Estimadas familias de Secundaria:

Gracias por acompañarnos en la Ceremonia de Premiación del martes. Fue muy grato ver una asistencia completa, y agradecemos sinceramente su presencia y apoyo mientras reconocíamos a nuestros estudiantes por sus logros y crecimiento. Momentos como estos nos recuerdan la fortaleza de nuestra comunidad.

Les recordamos cordialmente que nuestra Celebración de Carnaval será la próxima semana, el viernes 6 de febrero, y comenzará a las 12:00 del mediodía. Para que la jornada se desarrolle de manera organizada, por favor tomen en cuenta los siguientes horarios de llegada:

  • Estudiantes que bailan: pueden llegar a las 8:15 a. m. y deben llegar a más tardar a las 10:30 a. m.
  • Estudiantes que presentan: deben llegar a las 9:30 a. m. y presentarán a las 10:30 a. m.

¡Estamos muy entusiasmados por celebrar juntos el día 6 y esperamos verlos allí!

Por último, les recordamos que el 16 y 17 de febrero son feriados por Carnaval, por lo que no habrá clases esos días.

From creative academic showcases and experiences to meaningful moments of celebration, our campus has been alive with purpose, pride, and joy. Impactful teaching and learning continues to take place throughout our campus. It was a pleasure to see so many parents engaging with teachers and learning more about the year ahead. Your partnership is vital to our students’ success, and we greatly appreciate your presence and support. Semester 2 Awards Assembly We are pleased to announce that the Awards Assembly recognizing student achievements from Semester 2 of the 2024–2025 school year will take place on Thursday, August 28th, at 11:15 a.m. in the Theater . We look forward to celebrating our students’ accomplishments together as a community. High School Community Service Program High school students filled out a form indicating their top three choices of  Community Service Project for the year.
